Rubber Mixing and Rubber Layer Preparation

Metal Core Preparation

Blasted cores are then cleaned and prepared
Primer is added to support metal to adhesive bonding

Steel Cord Belt Preparation

Steel core coated with rubber
Wound around a drum to build an endless belt

Assembling & Curing

Carcass belt is molded and vulcanized into press
Track trimmed and inspected

Manufacturing Process

Quality Control

GTW rigorously tests the quality of each batch of tracks that are made to verify that they are up to standard!

Final Approval

Tracks are sent to final inspection gate where an authorized QA person gives the track a final inspection and approval for palletization

Paletization

Tracks are paletized safely for delivery, preserving quality
